Return Process

  Contact our support team via the official contact form with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for return.

  Technical Assessment

  For hardware issues, our technicians will provide remote troubleshooting steps to determine if the fault can be resolved via firmware or calibration.

  Secure Packaging

  Once an RMA is issued, pack the device securely in its original box including all accessories, cables, and springs to prevent transit damage.

  Inspection and Refund

  After receiving the item at our Australian warehouse, we will perform a quality check and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
